Double Suing
Got a car from Ideal back in I believe 2014, yes I had problems and got sued, I was ok with that but after I paid that off and thought I was free, 4 months later they turned around and took me too court again for the same amount. So now I had to pay double for a car I don't even own the car but still see it on the road. When I went to court I wasn't alone other people were there because Ideal was suing them again. There will not be a third time I got all my records this time. Oh yeah watch out they don't send you nothing in mail or certified either, just the court telling you when to appear. Yes Ideal is rude to speak too even when your being nice and respectful to them. I can't stand their commercials, and I definitely don't care for Jerry Springer. Shyster representing Shyster's what a concept.
So they sued me twice and resold the car, how much more do they want. I didn't learn about their shadiness until after I got the car. That's when I really started paying attention to reviews and research on major stuff I want to buy, it has paid off to be more careful.

Warning !!
You can give the car back but then it's considered a repo. They may sell the car at auction or something but that will probably be a lot less than you owe. You will still owe the rest.

salvage vehicle from some rain event with only 350 miles at the time. The purchase price was an absolute steal and I am loving the car. Not a thing wrong with it! I dealt exclusively with Mark Golub.
Mark is a man a few words, but when he speaks, it is always clear, honest, and factual. The communications and the entire transaction including shipping arrangements from NJ to OK were stellar.
In summary, my experience with IdealAuto USA and Mark Golub could not have been improved upon. Can't go wrong with Mark and Ideal!!

Ideal Motors in Medford are Shysters
My son bought this jeep in September from these shysters. Not only did they sell him a jeep with tires that have the start of dry rot but the tires had no sensors in them.
Come to find out that the tires were switched out by Terry Tires. This Jeep should have never gone off the lot without them. The owner knew as soon as we drove the car off the lot and told us they were covered by warranty which it wasn't. My husband went to talk to him about it have him do the right thing but he said to bad.
We ended up paying over $400 to have them installed in *** tires. He is a piece of crap and screwed a local firefighters son.
Shame on him. Do not go buy from them!
